Alcohol comes from the Arabic “al-kuhl” which was the name of a body-eating spirit. In fact, the English “ghoul” comes from the same word.
When alchemists’ ingested alcohol their senses deadened and they named the substance according to its “body-taking” qualities. Knowing this, European speakers who understood its etymology coined the use of the term “spirits” for alcohol.
Alcohol fills in the brain compromising the “seat of the soul.”
When under the influence a person who has no soul or a weak soul can be overtaken by an energy or spirit during the intoxication. Those who have strong souls normally aren’t affected and tend to remain with the same attitudes and emotions while drunk. The alcohol serves as a catalyst to opening the door way for a spirit to hitch a ride in ur vehicle; the body. Picture your body like a car and your Soul is the driver. Some have no driver at all, when “spirits” are ingested its like parking the car with the keys in the ignition and the doors open. Depending on what type of driver gets in determines your outcome. Some ppl fight and become aggressive and wreck less, some ppl get very emotional or depressed even suicidal. Some get happy and fun loving. Most of us agree that certain types of liquor, light or dark, affect us in different ways aswell.
The enjoyment of liquor no matter the outcome is often used and abused by souless ones because during this intoxication its the only way some can feel “alive” or powered. While for some individuals with soul or strong souls, being even inebriated doesn’t change their character or personality one bit but still can cloud judgement and turn inhibitions down. While those that have weak souls can still be overcome, this is why cultivation of the soul and knowing thyself is a focus; but maybe some will never have a strong soul to begin with…
Alcohol has many mystical properties and origins and is commonly used as a metaphor in many mythologies for the alchemical transformation of the soul, spirit, blood. The “water to wine” idea, or deities who represent Vine,Wine, grape, olive deities. Things that go thru a process to become different from their original state or stronger like alcohol. Sometimes when the spiritual door way is open, the alcohol serves to give Some an eye into the realms and pass on visions and dreams of past present future events or even parallel dimension insight. Next time you get drinks watch the enviroment around u and notice your personal transformation or others around you and what type of energies they possess and which energies may possess them*.
